Seems to me that you're keeping too many average-at-best starting pitchers on your team, so I would try to include one or more in a package to upgrade either at OF or at RP (to me, Benitez is always a little bit scary, and I'd rather not have him on my team, at least not without some decent backup plan).

Any thoughts on mine?

Personally I'm not a big fan of overloading SPs on a H2H team. You'll easily win Wins and Ks, but Saves, ERA, and WHIP will be won by a reliever based team - therefore you prolly lose 3 of 5 stats, although you still may have a chance in those other 3 stats. I'd prolly try and strengthen your RPs.

how's my offense? I personally like dominant offenses with a lineup of pitchers who will get the Ws and Ks.

I agree with fade. Your offense is strong so I would package a hitter with a mediocre pitcher for a #1 or #2 starter. I would try ryan howard because he is terrible against lefties and probably wont play or hit much against them, limiting his upside somewhat. You might be able to find a pitching heavy team to overvalue him and get a top starter. Also I would try and find a low era whip reliever like shields or deroucher (whatever his name is) is to help you out there.
