Trade R Weeks for M Holliday

Here is my currect roster, we are still drafting. The owner who has Weeks saw that he may have hurt himself and may be looking to trade him. Would you trade M Holliday for R. Weeks straight up?

C. Utley (Phi - 1B,2B) 
A. Ramírez (ChC - 3B)
R. Furcal (Atl - SS)

D. Lee (ChC - 1B) 
C. Crawford (TB - OF) 
J. Bay (Pit - OF)

What are your roster contraints? I would have to check out your roster, the catergories, etc before I made a decision. If I were to straight rank the two, I would prob go with Weeks (especially in a keeper), but only because he is at 2B rather than the OF. I see Holliday having better overall numbers in 2006, but by a small margin.
