Baseball Prospectus..How accurate is it?

In the 10 years I've been playing fantasy baseball I have never used the baseball prospectus. I would like to know from you guys who have used it in the past to evaluate player and create you draft sheets how much stock do you put into it? How accurate are there projections concerning Breakout, Improve, collapse, and attrition %?

They did a study of the 2004 season and they came out on top on projections. I use them to create my targets and then research each target to see what kind of refinement should be done.

They like Howard to have a big year and they helped me grab Granderson and EE in my keeper league, and I'm happy about that.
