my team needs help!

well ok its not a bad team...but my SPs are terrible. I traded away buerhle,lackey and mags for Mench,Soriano and Lowry. My 2b was Cano and since he was batting 9th i didnt like him there. I also don't feel safe with jacobs at first. 1B's available are guys like N.Johnson, Overbay, Dan Johnson and Chris shelton. Pitchers available Heilman,Millwood(waiver),Duscherer, Chen, Towers. The consensus 'safe' pick might be Overbay, but I like Shelton and D. Johnson over Overbay and Jacobs, so flip a coin between Shelton and D. Johnson. Do holds count in your league? If not, maybe you can drop either Linebrink (or Silva if holds does count) and pick up Heilman.

holds don't count. I think shelton has major potential, compared to jacobs who has no protection what-so-ever. But i think i might be dropping Silva, and its either millwood or heilman
