Anyone else wonder how the flu turned into a shoulder problem so quickly? More importantly, what does this say about the Cubbies front office?

Ouch. I was gonna take a flyer on Prior if he fell to me in my draft last week. Luckily, he didn't.

Isn't Yocum the "grim reaper" of baseball docs, in the sense that a visit to him means the injury is likely very serious?

Derrek Lee is also going to see Yochum for his shoulder that he hurt in the WBC.

Your panties are getting ruffled over a sore shoulder? Did anyone not expect something like this to happen? He throws a ball 95 MPH and is coming off injury. His shoulder will get sore. :-°

There's a difference between a sore shoulder after pitching, and a sore shoulder that sends you to the doctor.

Add Prior's injury history into the mix, and you have a recipe for disaster.
