Brunson
Chan
Ivey
Ferguson
Negraneau
Greenstein (gets an honorable mention since he donates all of his winning to charity! Yes, you read that correctly!)
Oh, and Hellmuth can go whine and cry all he wants. While he's a very good poker player, he's still the biggest idiot in professional poker.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
Phil Ivey Best player in the world right now
Dan Negraneau
Howard Lederer doesnt even play no more
Chris Ferguson only plays tournys
Dan Harrington
Chip Reese best cash player in the world
Doyle Brunsen
Bary Greenstein
Gus Hansen
Eric Seidel
Johnnie Chan
most those players are more into marketing then playing poker now.
Ivey, Reese are the best players on that list though.
Doyle belongs at the top of any list of great poker players, even though Amarillo Slim was more of a personal favorite because his book was the first poker book I ever read.
There's probably not 3% difference between any/all of them on that list though, so it's just a matter personal preference.
If I had the funds/opportunity to sit down at a table with any 8 top-level pros, I'd want these guys there, in this order.

This is how my list starts. Of the rest you listed, I would go:

Dan Harrington
Gus Hansen
Chip Reese
Eric Seidel

I think Johnnie Chan, he's been a hold em poker icon for a while.
