Mid-60's, probably. I've never had much of a gun. I'm more of a "sit on my fat a** and drink beer" kind of guy.

I hit 60 when I was 14. I have no idea how fast I can throw now. (3 years later)

115 MPH and that's the honest truth!!!

Well, my swing speed (with a golf club) atleast...

In my last year of Pony (8th grade) I threw in the high 60's. But I had to quit to play golf instead.

Who was that prospect who threw consistent 110-112 mph that the angels drafted but he had major personal problems and ended up quitting baseball after he raped the couches daughter or something?

Sean Tracey has my apologies, we all know Ozzie Guillen is an idiot. I'm rooting for you!

My first thought was that this was about hitting yourself with force. I was going to tell a story about the time I kneed myself in the face, but since it's about pitching, I guess I won't.

Low 80's in high school, but I'd be very surprised if I could crack 70 now. Not out of shape, just haven't really reared back and thrown one in quite some time. :-o

At best I threw in the low 60's in high school.

Whatever, I wrestled. I can't throw a fastball but I could put you in a mean front headlock. :-D
