Millwood vs Fla
Lowe at Yanks
Ishii vs Arizona

I'm over in innings and need help in ERA and WHIP. Who out of these guys gets to play?

Millwood, Vazquez, Lowe, Miller, Ishii, Garcia, Foulke, Baez, MacDougal, F. Cordero.

i agree on lowe thing

i'd start garcia. AL pitcher of the month will greatly boost his confidence and hes back to his all-star form.

If you need to lower your ERA, I'd start Garcia also, this past month his ERA has been really low and I think he's got the best opponent to face (not the Yanks or the Diamondbacks).

Personally i'd go with Millwood. Dont know why.. just would. Only concern is his slow approach to the plate with all that speed in FLA. But i'd be willing to bet he's gonna have a pretty good game.

I would sit Millwood also, Florida has been scoring runs in bunches. You may also want to sit Lowe as well depending on how you innings for your pitchers look.

Lowe may get the win but his line isn't that great.
his WHIP was 1.74 and ERA 4.26 with only 2 K's. I'd have been glad if I sat him. As for Millwood we will see.

Kinda funny.. dont know who you started tonight but if you started Garcia- ouch. I think everyone was agasint starting Lowe, although he got the win, it wasnt pretty. Millwood on the other hand..7inn,1hit,1er,2BB,7k's. You said you needed ERA,WHIP.. hope you started him. Ishii, very solid as well. 6inn 5hits,6BB,9k's. Although the whip woulda been high, ERA woulda been good. Thats whats funny.. try and play the matchups and get burned. Gotta love baseball.
