if Jason Kubel, Delmon Young , Craig Hansen and BJ Upton will stay in the majors or get sent down? The major league rosters ( 25 man ) are turned in April 2 but would they send them down sooner to get them playing time?

I don't know for sure but, here is my guess...

Jason Kubel, Delmon Young , Craig Hansen and BJ Upton

Majors
Craig Hansen

Minors
B.J. Upton- Still has some defensive issues to sort out. With Lugo still in Tampa for the time being I don't forsee them rushing him to the majors just yet. Keep in mind he is still only 21 years old.

Delmon Young-Still only 20 and TB is pretty good in the OF for the time being. That being said expect him to be called up at some point this season either due to injury or a hot streak.

Jason Kubel- I think the same situation as Delmon Young. However, I think he stands a better chance then Young to make the team out of ST.

I was thinking Hansen would go back to the minors for the work. The Red Sox bullpen seems to be filled and they also have a couple of extra starters that will need work especially since the # 5 starter won't get many starts in April.
But I do agree with you on the others.

barring injury Hansen will be in the minors. The Red Sox just have way too many guys with major league contracts (7 starters and as many relviers)

Looks like we found out about two of the four on the list.
This from the St Pete Times

The Delmon Young/B.J. Upton era will begin soon for Rays, but not to open up the season. Both Upton and Young were among the cuts the Rays announced on Thursday
