What was OP's velocity yesterday, I only catched the 3rd inning and beyond(they pulled him in the 4th ) and the 3rd for OP was a quick one(pop out, ground out and another ground out I think)

I seem to recall he was 86-87 with his fastball and ~81 with his slider. Both below what his peak would be.

That said, he has hardly thrown at all this spring. He had only pitched 1 inning for Mexico prior to last night, so they weren't about to extend him beyond 3 innings. I'm sure he wasn't cranking it up to 11 on the dial either.

I don't see why not! But not this year... a year or two with proper off-season conditioning, and he'll be back to 2004 numbers.
