What are these changes to the ballpark I keep hearing about and how much of a negative effect will it have on various Philly righty hitters? Burrell specifically.

I believe they moved the left field wall back a few feet. Don't quote me on that though.

A few feet or enough to have a negative impact on righty hitters?

as for the topic, i wouldn't expect it to have a huge impact either. It will rank up there at the top of the list of hitters parks unless the phillies do something drastic, which I don't see happening any time soon.
