KC acquires Leskanic

Leskanic will help stabilize things and, theoretically, lessen the pressure on setup men D.J. Carrasco and Jason Grimsley and closer Mike MacDougal.

The sexiest thing about Leskanic, meanwhile, is that one of his cousins is Katrina from Katrina and the Waves (Walking on Sunshine).

What I find interesting is that Leskanic has some experience closing games. Maybe a little competition for MacDougal?

I think they got him because Grimsley was on pace for a hundred APP almost...Carresco has been starting recently, so the bullpen was a mess.
