What do you guys know about him? How good can he be? Would you put him on the level of other HS pitchers such as Bailey?

I have him above Bailey...Paw is a future stud in my estimation.

I have heard some say he has one of the best fastballs in the minors with time to improve.

He has a lot of potential, but hasn't pitched above A ball yet... Once he jumps from A to AA..If he can still improve look for him to be a top 10 SP prospect this time next year... But remember, pitchers are hard to predict, due to injuries... Also, the biggest jump in all of baseball is from High "A" to "AA" it is even more difficult than the jump from "AA" to the majors!

Paw has amazing potential...Look for Hughes and Paw if they stay healthy and handle the jump to "AA" (Which they should) to be (2) of the top SP prospects in the minors next year... Along with, Mike Pelfrey ...

He has very good potential and could possibly be a top of the rotation pitcher in the future. That said I wouldn't put him on the level with Bailey yet, he needs to pitch in A ball first and then we will get a better idea. Right now Bailey's raw stuff is as good as anyones in the minors, but he has had troubles with command in his first year (which Pawelek also showed in short season ball). And for the most part all we have to go on is stuff, makeup, etc. which Bailey is ahead of him at the moment.

They are handling him w/ kiddy gloves right now. He was stated to be in extended spring training till short season opened up I believe, then to possibly pitch in Low A.
