I have Francis in my dynasty league. I'll likely hang onto him, as I imagine he'll bolt from Colorado first chance he gets. Also, he does have top notch stuff (wasn't he minor league pitcher of the year?), so it's possible he adjusts to Coors and is successful. He'll be on my bench until he does, though.
