Offense:
May need another bat at some point. Your team has a lot of youth. High upside (also high risk). Like Sizemore out of all your young players

Starters:
Duke, Perez are wildcards in my book. Good front end, but so much risk. I do like the strategy though, because if you can get two of those guys to pan out, you have a great staff with the super high upside. Just not sure you have the right guys.

Relievers:
K-Rod Stud, Wickman - guy with job
Thats all you really need out of draft unless you go with the closers strategy

Overall good, you could probably use one more power hitter. You starting pitching has a lot of potential with Webb, Duke, and Young. However, if Johnson doesn't deliver you'll lack an ace for your staff. I would also watch to pick up another closer if you have a chance.

[Pots]

You have a lot of potential in your lineup, but I don't see anything spectacular. Just all-around solid. Well-rounded. Your hitting won't let you down by itself, but it won't win you games by itself either. It might seriously be lacking power if DLee cna't repeat. but for a 12-teamer, It's in the top half overall.

I like all of your SPs, but besides Randy, the others might have a tough time getting you 15 wins. Solid closers. Definitiley this is what will carry your team.
