What's this kid going to do this year, will he be up soon or even next year? I drafted him at one dollar and is stashed on my bench spot. Should i hold on to him.

If you're in a keeper, I'd say keep him regardless of if he starts or not. Single season see below....

If Aaron Boone doesn't start out the season to Eric Wedge's liking, Marte would be the next guy in line to get a shot at 3B. Hold onto him. If Boone starts out hot, you might want to think about dropping him because it might be awhile before he see's time. Boone has given no indication of returning to his one time role of above-average 3B though.
