Good 2nd Halfs

Postby Gags Sports » Mon Mar 13, 2006 12:29 am

Is there any website or information out there highlighting players who had better than average 2nd halfs last year?

I was reading the Kazmir thread and starting wondering if there were any websites that summarized this kind of very useful information???

baseballdocs.com has a notes section in their cheat sheets that notates if the player had a great 2nd half ;-D

rotospin has the 2nd half as one of the periods you can use to run the calculators. Lots of suprising stuff.

In 5x5 mixed...
Andy Pettitte #1 SP. Lieber and Glavine in the top 10.

Jason Bay #1 OF. Holliday, Winn, Sizemore were 3, 4, and 5. Ahead of Vlad, Craw, A.Jones, and Cabrera.

Kazmir was #25. That WHIP is a killer.

Nice one Fiz! ;-D

I like the nuggets of info next to the rankings at baseballdocs. Age is a nice touch too for those that weigh that into their decision making process. Some of the lesser known guys are older than I thought...
