Your infield and starting pitchers are good, only thing you might want to consider is dealing possibly one of your pitchers for a better/faster CF that's not 100.

You do have great starters. I too am concerned with your OF. I think that Delmon Young could be an x factor. It will be interesting to see how that scenario plays out. I would take a wait and see approach with the very good team you have now before trading.

thanks for the help guys...with my draft position it was better to take those pitchers at the time....but now what outfielders do you think i should make a run for...and which pitchers should i be willing to let go?

Love your infield (FLopez being your only weak spot besides catcher). Defintiley the strength of your offence here. Matsui is solid as a rock and I'm one who think LGonz can still be productive. Rowand should be a nice flier as well. Don't depend on Gathwrite to be your UTIl until he's actually a starter though. If he isn't, you're seriously lacking in steals.

Pitching is solid with Halladay as your ace, and Schmidt and Beckett both likely to be solid. DDavis is a great #4 and Izzy and Turnbrow are adequate closers. Great staff for a 14 teamer.

i'd try to trade beckett for an OF as i think hes valued too high, with the blister problem, going to a better hitters park, and into a much better league i dont think hes gonna have that great of a year

I agree. Trade Beckett now while his value is high before any blister problem comes up or he gets bombed on at Fenway. The rest of your team has got pop. you could afford a guy who will give you no power, like Gathright if he played. Is Pierre or Podesdnik available for pitching? The problem with a guy like that is usually his owner has drafted them for the reason that they steal a bazillion bases. Target a team on your league who has 2 40+ steal guys, and then see if you can get one of them with one member of your staff. Your pitching staff will never be as valuable as it is the first day, which makes them expendable for the good fantasy player.

thanks for all the input...post links ill help you all out...also i have been shopping around beckett and cabrera trying to see what i can get...any other suggestions of what to iprove upon or what i can afford to lose??
