Hey guys, I am going to use STdev in my rankings.
For those of you who are unfamilar with STDEV rankings here are the basics.

Project stats for all draftable players. Take the mean, and Stdev for each cat. Then for each player take a single Cat, and subtract his Total by the mean of that cat, and then divide by the stdev.

My question is, what is a good furmula for weighting whip, and Era to Ip. An Excell formula would be great.
