Looking for Some input on my Team - Thanks

Currently I am 7th out of a total of 8 teams. I am 7-6 on win/loss stats but when I lose its always big. Most wins are fairly close.

Weekly scoring is on Batting side - RUNS, HR, RBI, SB, BA - & For Pitching - W, K, SV, ERA, WHIP.

I was considering picking up Victor Martinez (C)
Lance Carter (RP)
and possibly Alex Cintron (OF)

Any Suggestions???

Good team, nice balance of offense and pitching..one change that i would make is tryin to get a good trade for Urbina, for another rp like rocky biddle, because urbina is going to leave the closing role, and maybe pick up Francisco Cordero who will be the Rangers' closer
