huge injury risk aside, this guy worth a bench spot and overlooked source of power? he did hit 26 jacks w/ 105 rbi's and .289 in '04. how much DH time is he going to get, or is Delucci the scheduled DH? he does have four homeruns in ST (not that that means anything, but he does have 4 and has been credible in the past).

I can't see him being worth anything except in a deep AL only league.

I say Nevin is odd man out especially with Durazo now signed. Durazo has been playing well for Mexico too.

Apparently he's killing the ball in ST right now, and from what I've read the team thinks it's the real deal. Jaramillo had a quote the other day to the effect of "put it in 3 inch headlines-he's back". the Rangers are going to give him every opportunity to win the DH job. I definitely think he's worth a last round flyer in a 12 team league.

he'll have his moments just like a lot of players. the upside is with the ballpark/lineup. the downside is that he'll most likely get hurt and potential playing time issues.
