Why am i watching a quaterfinal of a confrence basketball tournament when i should be watching Mexico-Canada in the WBC?! <img src=/forums/images/smiles/kiss.gif>

The (possible) last game of Roger Clemens Career isn't on tonight unless i want to stay up until 3AM. This is riduclous. If I had ESPN deportes I could watch with the sound off, but my Cable prodiver doesn't carry that channel. This is ridiclous.

How many people really care about Marquette-Depaul?:-P seriously. I understand putting March Madess on over the WBC, but some stupid midmajor confrence?

I have half a mind to go down to bristol and start cracking heads :-[

That was my understanding as well, but I just looked it up on ESPN.com and they claim all US has to do is beat South Africa!!!

All the U.S. has to do is win the game tomorrow over South Africa, the score doesn't matter. I'm expecting the mercy rule to be implemented early..

And thedude, Clemens pitches today at 3:00PM ET, not 3:00AM ET (as in 2 hours from now).

Oh, I think I know what you mean now. ESPN isn't showing the U.S.-South Africa game live tomorrow, they are showing it at 3 AM on Saturday morning.

Sportsnet is showing the game tomorrow, as well as the Netherlands-Panama game at 1. Good old Canadian TV.. B-)

Sorry everyone, i am rooting against the US in the WBC. Young and Utley make up my MI, and i don't want them playing any more unneccesary games.

You're rather them play unnecessary spring training games instead?

After watching the WBC, it seems pretty low-impact for players, especially pitchers. I love it personally and I couldn't believe Canada beat us, but what can I say?
