The point is, though, that you'll be fine. This will ruin a month or so of your life until you pay it off, but you can do it. I had to sell some old records and baseball cards, but I made it. You'll be fine. Soon you'll be back at college, the land of drunken co-eds. You'll be fine.
I hear ya. I hate my car so I don't care that's what pisses me off. I have no other choices though. I wish my dad would drive out here and get me, but it's not the most simple thing to just do. It would save me about 800 bucks though, lol.

That sucks. I had a similar situation a couple of years ago. I had a '85 Mazda RX7 that was a money pit. I spent at least $1,800 on it in a span of three months, then it broke down on me on I-80 between San Francisco and Sacramento. I had it towed to a shop, it was going to be some obscene amount to fix it, so I told the mechanic that I'd give him the pink slip if he took it off my hands. So I gave him the car, caught a bus home, and that was that.

I'd come pick you up except... well I got school tomorrow and I don't really want to drive 3-4 hours there are 3-4 hours back... ... Not to mention my parents would wonder where the hell I went.
That sucks I'd ditch the car and just take the greyhound home to save yourself the dough, and then just buy another crappy used car for a similar price...

Haha, thanks guys. I actually am in Quartzite which is still in Arizona, about an hour from Blythe.
I hope it gets fixed today. I got it in right before they closed yesterday and they thought it was one thing, now they think its something totally ifferent. I hope it doesn't take another day now. He didn't make me feel like it was going to delay the process.
I would do the bus thing, but it'd cost me a couple hundred just to get a ride to the nearest bus stop.
