I think if hea;thy, he's better than what they have going. Moyer is going to be overpaid old crap.

Well until someone gets hurt or just plain sucks, he is pretty much going to either be in the pen or in AAA. Until Moyer finally packs it up, or Meche gets hurt again ... which could be soon, Foppert is out of luck.

I think they're planning on going with Felix, Washburn, Moyer, Pineiro, Meche, so I think he's gonna start the year in the pen. If he's healthy and looks good, I think he could end up with 15 or more starts when Meche (as mentioned before) stinks up the joint or someone gets hurt. I wouldn't draft him, but he's somebody I'd keep an eye on. He had great stuff before he got hurt.
