I'm sure it will all depend on where he's hitting in the order and how much the coaches want to run him...I don't see why he can't steal 15-20 bases if he gets on base enough times.
At this point, I have no idea who is going to hit 2nd...I've heard that Tracy really wants to get Casey/Bay/Burnitz/Randa together in the order. So, if Bay bats 3rd which is probably his best spot, then Casey will be the second hitter. I'm sort of dreading that due to all the double plays Casey can ground into, but I don't know anything for sure yet. They could put Casey 3rd and Bay 4th, and I don't think it'd be a problem, but that would mean less AB's for Bay.
That puts Jose down in the 7 hole most likely. I don't think a lot of 7th hitters put up big steal numbers.

I am guessing this is the spot where he will start the year.
