SP who will play as RP this year

The league I am in uses Yahoo, but we have a rule that you can't start a guy RP if he's starting and vice versa. I think that is the best way to go if you can help it. I know there is some strategy lost, but I have a tough time seeing middle of the road pitchers become good fantasy players just because they were promoted to starter or worse demoted to relief. I know that position players can be valued higher because of multiple positions but to me that's a different situation because you have to know how to play those positions.
