I remember one time my mom was talking with some credit card company (I listened in on the other phone when I heard her start raising her voice) and wanted to talk to the complaint department and the person said there was none and then my mom asked to talk to the woman's boss. Then when she said her boss wasn't there my mom started yelling and eventually the woman on the phone started crying. I would have felt bad if she hadn't been such an ass in the first place.

I guess it is kind of a funny story at that. Why would they have people who can't work a computer and have never heard of a guy named Pujols, let alone know how to spell it. I think I will follow it up and find someone to complain to. I really do want that Pujols shirt so I could swallow my pride I guess and have it shipped to my buddy in the U.S. and then have him mail it to me.
