Please rate my Keepers and who to pick round 1?

Upcoming keeper league draft with 14 teams 6x6 league. the extra categories are quality starts and total bases plus walks. My Keepers are: Soriano
Beltran
Jeter
Sizemore
FHernandez
I have 2nd pick in the draft and was wondering who I should take between Ryan Howard (leaning toward him becasue keeper league and probable even production this year with even better in later seasons), Carlos Lee, Richie Sexson or Lance Berkman. No pitcher is worth taking at this point in the draft casue pretty much the top 20 are kept.

howard definatley while sexson or someone else may be slightly better howard in a keeper is very nice unless the person with #1 pick take shim then i would take sexson
