Needing some opinions on this team

I'm looking for some advice on my weaknesses, my strengths, anything that could help me in the long run. So heres the team:

RP - Mariano Rivera
RP - Joe Borowski
P - Greg Maddux
P - Derek Lowe
P - Jake Westbrook
BN - David Wells
BN - Scott Shields
BN - Aaron Small

I like your offense. Thome is probably the biggest question mark there, but if he can rebound, you will be great. Looks like a good mix of speed and power. Pitching looks decent. I don't like Schilling that much this year. Just a personal thing, no real reason. His injuries tend to bother me. Colon is also an injury waiting to happen. RP looks ok. I like Mo but Borowski is quite a drop off there. I'd see if you couldn't upgrade at your second RP slot. Middle of the rotation looks OK but not spectacular. I like Shields for the ERA and WHIP help that he provides. Overall, I think you could probably do the most upgrading at RP, but everything else looks solid.
