12-team $ league. Opinions needed please!

Hello all. The scoring for this H2H league is: R, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, BBI ... W, SV, CG, ERA, WHIP, K
I finished drafting last night (3 hours and 15 minutes. I was dead tired by the end). Here is my team (round # in parentheses):

C- R. Doumit (20)
1B - Jim Thome (9)
2B - Brian Roberts (17)
3B - Chone Figgins (3)
SS - Rafael Furcal (4)
OF - Manny Ramirez (1)
OF - Gary Sheffield (2)
OF - Carlos Beltran (5)
UTIL - Rickie Weeks (10)
UTIL - Scott Rolen (8)
BN - Jeremy Hermida (16)
BN - C. Barmes (18)
BN - M. Jacobs (22)

SP - Felix Hernandez (6)
SP - Doug Davis (12)
RP - D. Turnbow (7)
RP - T. Gordon (11)
P - D. Hermanson (23)
P - Scott Shields (19)
P - R. Rincon (21)
BN - C. Schilling (13)
BN - J. Vazquez (15)
BN - C. Young (14)

I went all hitters in rounds 1-6. I didnt expect Figgins to make it back to me in round 3, but when he did I figured he was worth the pick. I couldnt pass up Beltran in round 5 even though i already had 2 OFs. Knowing that I had Figgins and could choose between 2B/3B i took Rolen in the 8th. 1Bs went quicker than I had expected, and I was the 12th team to choose one. Rounds 11-15 were all pitchers for me.

My take: I have some injury concerns in Schilling, Rolen, Roberts, and Thome. Only 3 of my SPs topped 100 Ks. I have four 100 R players, great speed, but only 4 players above .290. If Beltran and Rolen come back to form I think I'm in good shape; Thome will also play a large role in how well my team does. I have 3 2B that should garner some trade value.

Any opinions are appreciated.

Seems to me like you drafted a decent team, a lot of very good values. There's no need to have 3 2b on the team though. I would look to trade weeks or roberts, since figgins lends so much flexibility. Also I might even trade furcal, since it seems like you'd have an abundance of speed without him.

Try and grab and elite pitcher. If I was you i'd be ok with hermida in my util and barmes as my SS.

I agree, pitching should be your priority now. You have some extra guys at 2nd/SS with some talent so thats your best bet for trading. While I like Felix a lot, you're gonna need another solid ace to anchor your pitching staff.

Since your lacking in pitching, I would grab a guy like Shields/Linebrick on FA so you can put him in there everyday and get some nice stats to help ease not having a big ace.

I would try and package some of your speed for more power, or one great SP. Other than that, I like the team.
