Which do you draft first and why...Matt Cain or Brett Myers? Myers should get solid run support and started to show last year that he will be a legitimate star in the league. Cain was impressive in limited appearances. Which do you prefer?
Thanks for any input!

Cain is just a little behind Myers because of experience. I think Cain will be a better pitcher but I'm not so sure it will be this season. If its a keeper league I'd take Cain.

I'm going with Myers. He's still young, stepped up considerably and there is still a lot of room for improvement.
Cain did not have a good season in the minors in 05. He did pitch extremely well in his brief stint in the majors but I'm not totally sold yet. I think he will hit more than his share of bumps on the road.

I'd take Myers over Cain. He put up some of very nice SP #'s last year. I've been in a few drafts and Myers is generally going in round 10 or 11 and Cain is going in 14 or 15.
