I am a fantasy baseball rookie and just finished drafting my first team ever. Please take a look at my roster below, and recommend what I need to do to make it better. Thanks!

We start C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, 3-OF, 2-Util, 2-SP, 2-RP, 4-P

C- J. Posada, NYY
1B - C. Utley(2B), Phi; M. Jacobs, Fla; T. Clark, Ari
2B - F. Lopez(SS), Cin; C. Biggio, Phi
3B - D. Wright, NYM
SS - D. Jeter, NYY; J. Hardy, Mil
OF - M. Ramirez, Bos; P. Burrell, Phi; C. Crisp, Bos; A. Rowand, Phi

SP - A. Pettitte, Hou; N. Lowry, SF; D. Davis, Mil; B. Penny, LAD; D. Cabrera, Bal
RP - M. Rivera, NYY; B. Lidge, Hou; B. Ryan, Tor; J. Valverde, Ari

To me, my most glaring weekness which can be most easily solved is at catcher, but the only ones available which look worth taking are AJ Pierzynski and R. Barajas. Mench from Texas just got dropped too?

What would you fantasy baseball pro's recommend?

Thanks for your help and advice!

Take Care,

I would look to upgrade you Starting pitching. Keep posada for now. He is in a powerful offense. You may want to upgrade you Utility spot. You ben player really don't fit well in to the utility spot. Rowand my be you best followed by Biggio. You have great depth at RP, so try packaging one of them to upgrade you offense.
