Im not thrilled about my bench at all!! what should I improve?

Thome is a risk at 1B. Hopefully he can re-gain old form and be a star in your lineup, as it lacks some power. The same can be said for Beltran. I think you also need to add some speed for SB points. Lofton is a good option, but is getting older and has had helth issues the past few seasons. Look for someone like Podsednik, or Ryan Freel on the WW.

I like the pitching staff. The only suggestion I have here is that you look for a few more relievers/closers. Scott Linebrink, of the Padres come to mind.

But overall a decent team.
