A general question on broken hands and how it affects a batter
I know broken wrists can kill a batter's power output sometimes upward of a year, but does a broken hand have the same effect?
I may be wrong, but didn't Eric Chavez have a broken hand in the middle of the seasons two years ago? It didn't have any long term drawbacks on him.

Actually Adam Dunn played about half of last season (I think it was that long) with a broken hand....I think its safe to say that it didn't affect his power TOO much
