The OAKLAND FADERS baby

6x6 with OPS and WHIP, single year, yahoo! roto league

really want to win cuz its with some old friends and they talk a lot of *poop*, so id like to stick it to em. at the same time, we are all friendly so trades will happen fairly often.

C-Hernandez
1B-Teix
2B-F.Lopez
3B-Cantu
SS-Rollins
OF-Bay
OF-Crawford
OF-Dunn
UTL-D.Lee
UTL-Sizemore
Bn-Chavez
Bn-Freel
Bn-Weeks

SP-RJ
SP-Prior
SP-Colon
RP-Hoffman
RP-Guardado
P-Turnbow
P-Patterson
BN-Clemens (20th round pick)
BN-Blanton

RJ, colon and prior were 11-13 picks. i forget exactly which order. got dlee in the 7th round.

any holes? offensive will be dominant IMO, pitching good but not deep enough. no limit on IP.

thoughts? i want to either package a SP and someone like freel for a dominant SP or trade dunn for one...

REMEMBER, 7TEAM LEAGUE, everyone has some nasty players

thanks, leave a link

I would trade dunn for a more reliable pitcher. You have a very old RJ, Colon coming off shoulder surgery and Prior who can't stay healthy. You have plenty of hitting so you can afford to loose dunn.

i agree, dunn would be the guy i'd look to move for a good SP, or maybe chavez if he starts out on a good pace. team looks solid, real solid if you can stay healthy and get another quality starter

Is that Endy Chavez or Eric? Anyway you have a ok second/ third baseman, but no real stud. (unless that is eric chavez). But you have very good 1st base/outfield. Soi that makes up for it. How did lee fall to the seventh round? In even in a seven team league. You have a lot a ton of Rp, but in a legue with no IP limit, you are going to get destroyed in K's and wins, with only a couple starters. You rotation has huge injury concerns, so that would be the area i would look to upgrade.

can you take a look at my team?

I can't believe Lee went that late, either. Even if you think last season was a fluke, I would think he would go top 15 or 20. I agree with all the other posts. Your offense will be hard to beat except in steals, maybe, against the owner(s) of Reyes, Pierre and Podsednik.

With 30 closers for 7 teams, you may be weak in the saves category as well. I'd package Dunn and one other player for a closer and a starter.
