I wanted to try out the yahoo middle reliever strategy which I have never done before. Tried it out in a pubby draft so if it didnt work out it wouldnt mean too much.

Interesting moments of the draft:
Mauer and VMart being taken by the same person as the sandwich picks of the 1st and 2nd round.

Lidge taken in the second before Mo. (Not that surprising, but still).

Foulke being taken as the 5th closer. Timlin being taken in the 10th with 4-5 closers remaining.

Someone who forgot to draft an outfield.

good call, i should have tried that in a public league. it looks like you did everything right because ur hitting is sick and u have 5 solid starters with a pair of closers.
