Please give advice. Leave a link so I can help you. I dont know if this is a champ team or not. I dont know what direction I need to go in to improve it. What are my weaknesses? Thank you for the help.
Thanks to all of you that have offered up advice it is appreciated. The last post was concerned about Glaus. I looked at the WW and the best 3B out there are:
Randa
Inge
Castilla
Boone
Mackowiak
D. Bell
Cuddyer
Should I pick up any of these? I would drop Nixon if there was one deemed worthy. Also I drafted Nixon in the 27th round, the last. I didnt plan on keeping him. So please tell me if I should pick up any of these guys. Also anyone else have advice offer away. I will reply to any of you that have responded to me.

Of the above mentioned players i'd probably watch what some of these guys do this spring training...i like Boone probably the best of the bunch but would look elsewhere for an upgrade over Nixon...perhaps a RP that is vying for a closer spot?? Devine, Coffey, etc. Otherwise overall pretty solid team.
I'd find a way to get Mackowiak in your team. His eligibility at multiple positions and his role as a super-sub utility player for the White Sox (I think he'll get 350-500 ABs this season playing all over the place) makes him a great fit for your squad. Mack-Wak-Tally-Wak is your man.
Yuck at the WW 3baseman. I would not add any of them at this point. I think you probably should simply look to add the best available player on the waiver wire right now......and trade for a versatile guy that could play 3b and other positions to ride your bench. The team looks pretty good. Your SP is above average, but your relief is about par. Look for upgrades during the season because Reitsma is utter crap after July.....has been for 2 years straight. Your outfield looks good...work on adding some infielders that can be versatile to protect that lineup!
