For a six-man league, your pitching is pretty well below par. Actually, I would venture to say that it's god-awful. You have no closers! And your starting pitching is only above average for a 12-man league.
I would say your offense is obviously your strength, but you really really really need to trade a couple guys off for a closer and an ace pitcher. Otherwise, you are sunk. Oh, and you have no speed either.
It's always my philosophy to draft a well-rounded team, and try to make some good trades after that, because you have what people want, and you are in the stronger position. Now, people will know you are desperate for saves and will not offer you a fair trade.
Obviously in a six-man league anyone has the chance to win, but unless you get two more big saves guys and a big stolen base guy, I can guarantee that you won't.
