Before you go a hatin', this team was drafted in a 20 TEAM Head to head. Free agent acquisitions are pretty much out of the question. What can I spare to make a trade for my weaker points?
I think Wang of the Yankees will be a very good sleeper pitcher. Posada thinks he has the potential to be the best pitcher for the Yanks period...in a 20 team league, he could be a huge addition. I think you really lack a third baseman or 2nd baseman (which ever spot you decide Figgins will not fill)....but I'm not sure who you could add. You have two of the top catchers so one of them could be moved, if needed. Your outfield is adaquete, but your relief is on life support. Granted, this is a 20 team league so two closers is probably a rarity....I think you will make the playoffs in the league, but I think you definitely need to move one of your two catchers for a bat.......and add another SP.....Take a flyer on Erik Bedard or Wang.
im not a big craig counsell fan. GET KAZ OUT OF THERE NOW! hes the worst player ever. u have mauer and ramon, 2 top 10 catchers, move one to a team with a lesser catcher and better 2b.

The best available starter is Estes.
The best available reliever is Chris Hammond (according to Yahoo rankings, which suck)
Octavio Dotel is available, is he worth a roster spot?
Assuming these guys are still available, I would look into picking up any of them over Kaz Matsui:
SP: S. Trachsel, J. Verlander, T. Armas, R. Drese, S. Mitre, V. Santos, D. McGowan
RP: T. Coffey, J. Devine, R. Soriano, J. Lehr, S. Schoeneweis, L. Hawkins, G. Mota, J. Julio, D. Marte, O. Dotel
