H2H single season. currently in 9th of 10 and 33.5 games back of the leader. tell me where i need to improve and what type of trade i should offer:

First get a couple of closers. 1 just won't cut it. 2nd, get Thomas in your lineup.

if i was u id get a dominant starter...uve got no aces in ur lineup...u may be able to get one for some of ur outfield...u may be able to trade for maddux, he normally has a better 2nd half and has at least 15 wins in his last 7 years...maybe move anderson/abreu...u may also need to get a first baseman

There are a lotta things that you gotta do
1) get a second closer, maybe try wagner for two average closers
2) try to get an ace for one of your bats
3) Buerhle is going to break out with the Sox so he could be a steal in a trade
4) Get a real first basemen, Kevin Millar would be a good choice and you wouldnt have to give up a lot for him

I would try and dela washburn while he has some residual value and go for a closer like biddle or worrell. You may have to package Washburn with one of your bats to get a quality closer, but you need more than one.
