What am I missing?

Alright, it's a yahoo rotisserie with 12 teams (10x10 scoring). I feel I drafted a solid team overall, but I have some concerns. I feel I have too many outfielders and not enough speed. I'm also concerned with Loretta at second (had figgins taken right out from under my nose). What do you guys think about my team and what moves should I make? Jonny Gomes belongs in your lineup and not on the bench. Jose Guillen just messed up his wrist, so dunno if you want to hang on to him until June which is when he'll probably be back in action.

Your pitching is uber solid, but it probably couldn't hurt to get another SP, IMHO. And, yeah, you lack speed beyond Hunter. But you have plenty of power in Ortiz, Chavez, Blalock, and Gomes.
