how do you think I should manage this team? should I have no bench hitters and just rotate pitchers like I did last year (I won the league). If I do that, which hitters should I try to trade for pitchers(I'm already trying bonds)?

You get 4 points for a win in this league, so I think its extremely important to have a pitching staff that is going to win. That means, you need starters from winning teams. I don't know who to tell you to trade for, but you definitely have a 2 for 1 trade to make because you need to open a spot for a catcher.

Pick up Lopez btw, he will likely play 1st base anyways so he will get a ton of ABs and be more healthy/durable this year.
