How to improve?

I just made some minor adjustments to my team by getting Orvella, Liriano, and Delmon Young off the wire. I dropped Burnitz, Radke, and Baez. Here's how my team looks now. Any suggestions for improvement?

I like your team okay. I especially like your potential overachiever picks of Lopez, Castillo, Bedard, Liriano, and King Felix. Your offense is a little weak, and I see your power being middle of the pack. Guys like Overbay, Mora, Rollins, Crawford, Hunter, yeah they've got power, but you're going to need a couple of them to hit career highs so that your team is more than mediocre in HRs. Your pitching is okay too, though I hope you didn't draft Hernandez too high. Just last year it looked like Oliver Perez was going to be a stud and everybody overpaid. I will not make that mistake again. That being said, he could win you most of the pitching stats almost single-handedly if last year is an indication. I would consider packaging Barmes and someone else if needed to get a pure power guy, like Thome. Potential there is huge, yet expectations seem to be a bit down. It's a risk, but you'll have Overbay if he Thome. Other players with power: Dunn!, Sexson, Bonds, Francouer. Anyway, pick the team with the worst shortstop but most excess power and package barmes to them.
