I recently recorded a file onto my PC that is 2+ GB and I dont know where it saved to. Is there any way that I can find the file? I've tried searching, but nothing's worked. Is there anyway to list all the files on my computer sorted by creation date?

Absolutely! If you have XP, use the "search" command (either Start->Search->For Files and Folders or just hold down the Windows key and hit F) and go to "When was it modified?" The last option will be a drop down box. Change it to "Created Date" and put in a start and end amount of days for when you made the file.
If you know what the extension of the file is (for example, an mp3 file), you could also just search for all those type of files by typing:
*.mp3
That will bring up all the mp3 files on the drive you have selected.
