Very Nice team with a Good Offense. I just dont like the Fact that you have a shallow pitching Staff and weak RP. Maybe try to Trade Davis OR Washburn and Pair them with Huff OR Winn and try to get a Good SP. Then pick up a Young Outfielder of FA. Then work on your Bullpen. Dont trade much of your offense if you trade Huff or Winn. Try to dump one of them for pitching though.

I noticed my pitching staff was a little weak, but that was mainly due to the lack of available pitchers in the draft. We kept 4 players last year, so when it was time for my first pick (pick 16; I won last year), the best pitcher available was Lackey.

I definitely like your suggestion of trading Huff or Winn for another pitcher. I am thinking of targeting Chris Young. However, there really is not any available outfielders remotely good on the FA list. If I had to I could plug in Clark.

Rp are not too important in my league. We get minus points for losses and blown saves. So it is almost better to start a starter who qualifies as a reliever. Last year I did not have any legitamite closer and I still won.

I agree starting pitching could use an upgrade. but with not much available if half of your benched pitchers work out you will be fine and there is always suprise pitchers during the year. I think the team might be a hair slow also.

I dont think your staff is terrible for a 16 team league. You dont have many holes, though Ive never done a points league. Quality team for a 16 team league.

I agree, you look like you need some speed. Rollins will get you lots of steals and Crisp will get some too, but right now you are lacking. However, I dont know a whole lot about points leagues so maybe you dont even need the speed? Pitching is a little weak so address that if you can as your hitters may not be good enough to carry your team. Of course I don't know what the points system even is so if it favors hitting your pitching might even just be fine.

who were ur keepers from last year ? i think ur team is stacted for a 16 team league u have 4 first rounders easily. looks like a repeat this year. plus iam high on lackey. good luck....

My points league is pretty even when you compare pitchers and hitters, no real favortism. So basically if a player is good in roto he is good in a points leaugue. You just look for players that will put up the best numbers.

Speed does not really mean anything in my league. A steal is worth 2 pts compared to a Hr which is worth at least 6 pts (4 for the hr, 1 for rbi, and 1 for run). For comparison, Manny was the top point getting for outfielders at 625 and Crawford was 7th at 577.

My four keepers from the previous year were Santana, Cabrera, Teixeira, and Wright. I had a good draft

I am trying to nab another starter who would be an improvement over washburn or perez. Hopefully I can come up with a deal.
