Hey guys this is my first year of fantasy baseball and i just want to know how this team looks. I think that my pitching is rather weak and i need a better closer, any thoughts/ideas ?

The batting lineup looks good, but I don't see where you have the clear bargaining chips you need to upgrade your pitching? I don't see any stud SPs in your team (although I've been back in the UK for over 3 years now, so please take with a pinch of salt!), so you may want to trade one of your big guns to obtain a premier pitcher?

All in all, there's not much strength in depth here.

Try to have ever player on your team serve a purpose. In this I mean, why is Ronnie Belliard on your squad?

I would try and trade Ramírez and Milwood and Get a Quality SP(Sabathia, Buehrle, Colon, etc.) and a decent 3B. (Beltre, Mora, etc.) Or trade Ramirez and Milwood for straight up for a Great SP.(Harden, Halladay, etc.) and then pick up a 3B off Free Agents. (Ryan Zimmerman, if Avaliable.)
