Not a fan of Taveras. Poor man's Juan Pierre who I have never liked as a fantasy player.
Lugo should be solid. Sbs may drop to the 25-30 range depending on how much running they do in TB.

Willy Taveras stole 50+ bags in his each of his final three seasons in the minors, and was a career .303 hitter while in Cleveland and Houston's farm leagues. He obviously made the transition well, and I can only see him improving on his current numbers.
.300 avg, 100+ runs, 40-50 SB's is where I have him. Nothing but upside here, IMO. He might be a poor man's Juan Pierre, but not by much, and I'll be happy to pick him up 7 rounds later.

Ryan Freel can be had late in the draft. Says he wants to steal 60 bases this year.
Reggie Sanders can be a nice source of 20+ steals too.
