Your pitching staff is OK. Try to trade one of your outfielders (Berkman, Griffey, Green) for another frontline starter. You need help behind Sheets.

Drop Batista because he won't help you that much. There must be better options on the WW. Same goes for McCarthy. He will start the season in the bullpen.

With Utley as your starting second baseman there's no need for Craig Biggio. Drop him for another closer if there's anyone available on the WW.

But overall your roster looks pretty good.
