Too easy.

Close but we speak the Queen's English here, not Pidgin. There's also about 30 people every square mile here.

Another couple of clues.

It's an archipelago and it's Independence from Britain came in 1978.

I think Mongolia has the second or third lowest (same as Australia) population density and yeah they speak Mongol there not English and they use mongos not dollars.
