What's the story/status on these possible Closers?

According to my data these RPs are slated to at least start the season closing. Is this so? What can we expect from them?

C. Orvella, TB

J. Borowski, FLA

D. Weathers, CIN

C. Reitsma, ATL (?)

What to expect. At least two implosions (Weathers/Reitsma) and the others from teams that don't win too much (Orvella/Borowski).
